Pal Mickey version 1

After reading all the sudden posts about PM I put out a want on freecycle... Some lady was nice enough to give me hers. Brand new in the box, he was just sitting there.


Is my version 1 Pal Mickey so outdated that he is obsolete?

We have an original and he still works in the parks. I can't believe someone gave it to you, they are worth a lot! That was very nice of her. Have fun with it!

Thank you for the reply.... I read another post saying they were "very outdated" I am delighted to have him, and glad to know we will still have fun with him.

I was very shocked at the offer. I really thought it was too good to be true until I picked him up. I had to cut the tape to get into the box.......the price tag was still on it!

Turns out the woman was a CM and left FL to care for her grandchildren. A friend had sent her Pal Mickey after she left 3 years ago.
Her dd worked at the disney store for many years when she got out of high school. The house had hints of WDW everywhere from the mouse ears clock to the mouse of a cloud picture over the couch.
They all go to Disney once or twice a year... I guess they never felt the urge to take along PM.
