Pal Mickey "Doctors"?

I have heard many people speak of brining their pal mickey to the "doctors" to get their little guy fixed. Where are these doctors located?

I brought our non-working Mickey to one of the shops selling them and they replaced him with a working one.

Yep, that is all we had to do too. We just took it to the nearest shop that sold them and they fixed him right then and there. Then he was back telling us the same old jokes
