A few weeks ago, I thought I was getting a blister on the side of my pinky toe. I kept the area covered with a bandaid, but it kept hurting. On looking at it further, it is a round bump that is hard to the touch and oh so painful! It hurts whenever anything even brushes it and much worse whenever I am walking with shoes on. I have tried the donut shaped pads and also the gel bandage things, but they don't do much to help. I wear Crocs almost 24/7, so I don't have any idea how this thing got started(maybe one of the few days I wore another type of shoe?) Anyway, I am trying to figure out what to do to help. I can't walk around with no shoes on outside my home and it does not seem to be getting better. Any advice? I go to the doctor about something else
(pre-diabetes repeat screening) on Wednesday and will ask about it then, but would love to have some relief before that.
