Paige Davis on Broadway

Not sure if this is old news but I just saw the ad today.

Paige Davis (Trading Spaces) will be playing the part of Roxy Hart in Chicago on Broadway from June 22-August 8. Her career has really taken off with hosting Trading Spaces!! (Whatever happened to the old host?)

You are correct mbb. I think Page Davis has such a nice personality and I'm happy for her that she is able to branch out into other things and show us her other talents. Just hope she still hosts Trading Spaces.

Actually she did some theatre before she was on Trading Spaces. We saw her in the traveling Beauty and the Beast several years ago. She was the feather duster. Not sure if she played the part ON Broadway though.
I really like her too. She seems like a genuinely nice person.

I saw her on Oprah a few weeks ago. She has a background in theater and is really looking forward to this part. Her husband (can't remember his name except his last name is Page) plays Scar in the Lion King on Broadway.

Yes, she started out as an actress. She played Babette (the featherduster) and met her husband who was playing Lumiere. Trading Spaces has helped her get noticed. I, too, wonder she'll be giving it up if other doors start opening.

She did a commercial for Fifth Third Bank here too on home improvement loans. Boy, she can do a high kick!

His name is Patrick Page and yes if she took his name she would be Paige Page I think he calls her Mindy.

I believe she was on Broadway with her husband, boyfriend at the time. They then did the travelling group. Her first name is Mindy although many people call her Paige or Mindy. The TCL producers thought Paige sounded better. I thought she did take Patrick's name but never uses it, who knows. But her name would be Mindy Paige Davis Page. I think it is cute.

She started on Broadway, Trading Spaces was her "branching out" =) She's very talent, and met her Broadway hubby while doing Beauty and the Beast =)

I love her - I bet she will rock in this role. She's said that she misses the stage life now with the show...
