Paid Gratuities?

Long ago, I booked through a TA that gave me paid gratuities. I received that referral through these boards. Does anyone still know of any TAs that still offer paid gratuities?

Most Disney specialists offer some sort of on board credit (OBC), usually tied to the amount spent. DU, the sponsors of this board do as well as others. I don't know of any that offer full pre-paid gratuities as the incentive.

A friend of mine was looking into booking through AAA and said that they had something then that paid the grats.

WHat do most people do? We declined to pay gratuities in advance, now Im wondering if we should. Is there any benefit to paying them in advance?

We got an OBC that about covered our tips. Figure it was one less thing I needed to spend my money on.
