Paid $686 for DDP - Ate $1186 worth of food!!

For 2 adults and 2 kids - 7 nights. Paid $686. I just added up our receipts. We received $1186 worth of food!!! What a deal!! Now, I must say, if we were paying OOP we would not have ordered all $1186 of that food! We would never get desserts with lunch and we would share sodas instead of each getting one. We would not each order an appetizer. Maybe 2 to share. So I guess technically I can't claim that I "saved" the $500 difference. But we definately saved big bucks and got to try lots of different foods. I'm a huge fan of the plan!! Any questions feel free to ask.

even if you did not order the extras for 4 you would have spent more than 686 IMO! Some will argue that but....the dining plan ROCKS big time!! What fun is it to get all the food and not worry about the tab? I love the all inclusive feel! Plus tips!! Great deal! Glad you enjoyed it~

We traveled with another family and they were absolutley floored when they realized that even the tip was included!
Just my TS meals totalled more than we paid for the whole plan!!

I agree. Just back. DS (11) and I had about $800.00 worth of food and I think it was about $450 for the package. While I agree that we would not have spent as much per meal without the program, I am sure we would have spent over the $450 as we usual eat two high end meals during our vacation and that would have easily totaled over 200.00 alone. For DS and I it was noce to order what we wanted without thinking about the price and where I needed to skimp to make up for ordering something that was out of budget. He loved ordering lobster tails knowing her wasn't going to get the old "no way." Did I eat too much? You bet, but I walked too much too! As long as the DDP remains affordable I will always use it in the future.

That is exactly how I have felt. We would spend the cost of the plan per day on average if we didn't get the DDP. BUT with the plan , I did not have to budget each days expenses. No stress. I put no limitations on choices for everyone and it was a true dining vacation every step of the way.

Frankly, I don't see how we could go to the park now without the DDP.
