Page broken or what? Help, please.

Just wondering if the link to the resale page is broken....or am I broken? When I click on it, I get a message that says this cfile can't be found. Please advise as to where this might be.

It's the same thing with the point calculator and Newcomer FAQ's.
They have been down since yesterday afternoon. Posted on the technical forum, but how received no response.
