Does anyone have any information on when Paddlefish restaurant is opening? Also does anyone know if it is going to be part of the dining plan?

I was at Disney Springs on Sunday and it won't be anytime soon based on the amount of construction left.

Latest from Levy is that Paddlefish will open "late 2016." That's the most definitive they will get right now.

We just got back from WDW, and OBSERVED the state of this restaurant....

MASSIVE outside work in progress. They will not be ready to open until Fall 2017.

In the mean time..... if looking for real SHELLFish - consider Shula's. Beyond Steak, thay have a GREAT Lobster offering .

Yes we saw that too - lots of construction on the "boat," nowhere near done.

I was researching this myself today. They interviewing waiters this week so maybe not quite as long as it appears.

Very nice.... at this point? I would be interviewing construction workers .

Seriously - this is a NON RESTAURANT - it's a construction zone, and many people are getting very BAD information from the corporate site.... It would be very WRONG for me to label that data as a total fabrication.

As others have said the place is covered with scaffolding (I was there Veteran's day weekend), If I was an optimist, I would say February/March.

Paddlefish responded to a tweet, that they will be opening in January! no exact date given, just January.

People keep pressuring them for an opening date. The only reply is January, announcing soon, counting down the days.
