we went to Paddlefish in Disney Springs for the first time last Thursday night. While meal was good, the lack of ambiance or noise control is ridiculous. It is so bright and white that it is a bit like going to a diner, albeit an expensive one. And the noise level was mind blowing. We were seated st a window on the first floor. The place was busy but you could barely hear yourself talk at the table. And whenever anyone moved a chair, the sound of the chairs being pushed across the floor sounded like a train engine. We will never go again, which is too bad because I hoped to like it.
Also, we did have one entree that came 15 min after everyone else due to an accident in the kitchen. Not the waiters fault but when we complained and he said,..I'm not sure what you want me to do,my husband replied...well, we aren't paying for it at this point since the rest of us are all done. They did take it off the bill, but I would have expected a manager to come around and apologize in person and maybe offer a free dessert or something.
