Packing today!!!!!

We are packing today!!!!! I have to work all next week, to earn my vacation! Hopefully this week will be alot better and go by fast!!!

We have been planning this trip for about 8 months, me I have been planning since we got home last May! Last week was a terrible week. Anyway, my DD is in a wheelchair and developed an ucler on her back. Its looking better but the Dr. will recheck it on Thurs. before we go!That was Tues. My DS feel off the back deck on Wed. and broke his arm.Yep, full cast! This week he will see the Ortho. doc on Tues. and depending on the recheck we may be able to purchase a fiberglass cast. We are crossing our fingers he can get one!

So, last week was terrible but this week will be better!!! My DH has all the luggage out so I musy begin!

Oh my goodness, I hope you have an awesome week and an amazing trip to Disney with lots of Pixie Dust.

We are heading to Disney this Saturday - 6 more sleeps and my DS injured himself last night. I have to go back to Dr. on Tuesday to see if he broke his elbow or not. They sent his xrays to a specialist because there is so much fluid on the elbow and the Dr. could not see a definite break but he said that he might not be able to see it but a specialist will. Right now, my son is in a Splint - they molded a half cast and wrapped it in tensor bandage until Tuesday with a sling. I am so hoping it is not broken.

Of course, today, he has his dance pictures so I have to get him all dressed up in his Tap Dance Costume. Boys!

Thank you so much. I hope that Tuesday goes well for you and that your DS can get a fiberglass cast so that he can get wet. The Florida heat and not being able to go swimming will be torture for my DS and I am sure your DS is the same. Even doing rides like Splash Mountain or Kali River Rapids are a worry if they have a regular cast. My son's elbow is still 3x the normal size. He can hardly lift his arm. I was able to get his dance shirt on but not able to do up the cuffs. Everyone felt so bad for him. I hope Thursday goes well for your DD too. You definitely need a great vacation for everyone. What a week you have all been through.

Yes, it has been a terrible week! We are pumped up to go!!! Tues. will be a big day, waiting to hear what the ortho. doc tells us!!!!!
