I have seen some GREAT packing lists here and NOW I can't find them...we leave in less then 2 weeks, and ..umm..I guess i *NEED* to start packing....HELP! where are all the DIsrs with the SPREADSHEETS :lmao: ..........................

Lol, I've been looking for the same thing! I'll wait and see if anyone has good lists with you. And any tips of things to do too, I've been looking at everything at Allears! :)

Oh thanks for posting this link as I will be sure to check it over beofre I leave for my trip

Just back from WDW. Was there Dec 27 - Jan 1.

If you are not from a humid area - take shoes that are too big. After 2 days, my feet were so swollen that non of the shoes I had taken would fit. I looked for bedroom slippers to purchase and could only fine giant yellow Mickey feet ones. I bought some flip-flops - paid $16 for them which was way over priced but I had to have something for my feet. Bad idea. I got HUGE blisters between my big and second toes on both feet because of the thong part - very painful. Next I bought Disney Crocs at the Emporium in WDW. I would not have made it through the week without them, but they did give me blisters in other places - sides of feet. Other than the foot trouble, the trip was FABULOUS!!!!!!!

Coming from the UK I pack as little as possible & take the opportunity to buy everything I need for us & the kids once we're there. The exchange rate & the fact that things are soooo much more expensive in the UK makes this all part of the fun!

The best packing tip that I got somewhere here on these boards was to buy a plastic over the door shoe rack. The best money I ever spent!

I put it over the bathroom door and I wasn't even sure what I was going to use it for. I ended up putting vitamins, hairbrushes, toothbrushes, perfume, toiltries, bandaids etc... We were traveling with 2 little ones so it made things much easier to see and grab rather than rummaging through suitcases and toiletry bags.

Oh, and if you do the penny presses use empty m&m mini tubes to store quarters and pennies. It alleviates digging for change whenever you see a press machine.

I also kept autograph books and a marker in a ziplock bag so that when autograph time came we could just grab the bag instead to digging for pens.

Take trial size on all of your toiletries and throw away the bottles before you leave Disney....this gives you extra room for souvenirs.

Keep in mind if this tube is in your carry on they will probably pull it off the belt and open it. During our last trip this happened to me at both of our airport stops on the way to WDW. When I asked why they said the tube of quarters reads as "heavy metal" and is one of the red flag raising items. Either plan on sending it thru seperatly, be ready to have your carry on searched or send it down in your checked luggage.
