cannot help you with your question but I just wanted to say that we are on the same boat! I will also be visiting for the first time arriving 05/25 with my husband and 3 yr old son.

I'm not sure if this is the list you are looking for, but it is definitely an exstensive list. Hope this helps.

We took/used:
diapers
wipes
formula/food/cereal
disposable bibs
disposable changing pads
one set extra clothes/per kid (4 total for a week long trip - knew we wouldn't
need ALL of them...)
toys (something small to carry that we wouldn't be heartbroken to lose)
glow sticks (dollar store buy - way better than buying in park)
stroller
kid meds (tylenol, teething tabs, saline drops, allergy meds - EP flower and garden fest = increased pollen count...)
q-tips
clothes (don't forget some warm ones... it dropped in the 40's last week)
swim diapers/suits
shoes
blankets (1 per kid)
bottled water for baby
flavored water for DS 2.5
rain coat - DID USE!!!
hats
sunglasses
sunscreen
shampoo/body wash
bandaids
baby backpack
toddler leash (I know, I know... but it was worth it!)
stroller
bottles
sippy cups
bottle strainer (for drying cups)
dish soap
bottle brush
toothbrush/paste
snacks!!!!
