We are going to dw next month for 10 days. My baby will be 3.5 months when we go. I'm making a list for myself and my kids, as well as my infant. Am I leaving anything out? On our last trip, we took our then 3 month old. Some things that we brought in addition to your list were:

1)Pack n Play / Crib sheet from home. We also brought her blanket from home that she was used to.
2)A night light for those middle of the night feeds.
3)We even snuck in her floor playmat so we could lay her down to play while we were in the room.
4)Binky clips if your little one takes a pacifier.

Also, not sure what ages your kiddos are, or where you are staying (like if you'll have laundry facilities available, or not), but I noticed you're only taking enough underwear for 1 pair / day. With little ones, I would take more than enough underwear in case of accidents, or getting wet in the play areas.

Have fun!!!!

We went with a three month old last time. Piece of cake. We were also there for 10 days :) Is the nap nanny a co-sleeper type thing? I highly recommend a co-sleeper thing instead of a pack n play. We used something like this:

http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=203943087&listingid=38296452

It has a night light in it.

I'd also ship whatever you can down in a box ahead of time via UPS or Fedex.

We only packed five days worth of clothes, and did laundry half way through.

I shipped down a 90 diaper pack of Pampers Swaddlers - for some reason I thought this would be enough. We ran out about half way through the trip and had to buy the spendy small packs of diapers at the gift shops.

We used the hotel's towels.

The Nintendo DS is a great idea - it was wonderful for our five year old, especially when waiting in line for things.

Don't forget dish soap and a bottle brush for washing your bottles and pump parts.

Funny story - I didn't want to pack my whole Pump in Style bag, so I took the pump part out of the carrying bag. It's just a square metal thing; it looks a bit ominous, and so I wrapped it in duct tape and wrote "breast pump" on each side, so that airport security wouldn't think it was a bomb or something! It made it through alright.

I also brought a manual pump, and always brought that with to the parks. My son wasn't a very good nurser, and really only nursed during the night, so I pumped a lot, and didn't want to have to go back to the resort to pump all the time. I've pumped all over Disney World - literally!

I totally agree about shipping down a box. We shipped down a box that was around 18 pounds (diapers, wipes, toiletries, breakfast items, detergent, etc). and it was only about $15. VERY well worth the $ especially since it's cheaper than a checked bag considering most of the stuff didn't return home with us.

This may be wrong, but if your baby is diaper specific, def. make sure to pack enough of your own diapers. I "THINK" the baby centers only carry Huggies starting at size 2 or 3. My baby is teeny tiny, and there's no way she would have fit into those at 3 months.

Yep, they only carry Huggies. They come in size S, M, and L or something weird like that. So yes, definitely make sure you have enough of your own diapers :thumbsup2

thanks guys. Yes I have a medela pump. My son doesn't latch either so I'm a ft pumper:) And the nap nanny is a cosleeper. However with 2 double beds and 4 kids how do we do that? Do we need an additional sleep away bed? We're staying at the comfort inn lbv for $35/night deal. Might they give us a sleepaway bed? Thanks.

Have you thought about how you are going to keep the milk cool? Does your hotel room have a refrigerator? If you are pumping in the park, you'll need a cooler and something you can put ice in. I saw a woman pumping in the nursing room at the baby care center at MK -- she just unplugged one of the lamps and plugged in the pump.

Are you driving? My parents drove down and took our bouncy seat for us. It was nice to have a place for the baby to sit in the hotel room and play with her toys.

Remember a sun hat for the baby.

Im a packing list junkie. My favorites are (in no particular order):
http://themouseforless.com/downloads/trip/UltimatePackingList.shtml (disney spefic, they also have about 8 million things you can print for your kids to do and EVEN cool trip journals. )
http://upl.codeq.info/index.jsp (personally, I use this one ALOT. It can be personalized for differnt climates)
http://www.onebag.com/packing-list-introduction.html (this is my last favorite, Its one bag packing.... I never could get it all into one bag)

Oh and a simple tip to make life easy:
Pack a whole days outfit (socks, underwear, shirt, shorts, accessories) in one gallon ziplock bag. These work just like a space bag in your suitcase and then when you get ready in the moring, you just pull out your bag. This works great for kids too.

If you want to pack light I would definitly find out if there is laundry onsite as u will need it if baby had a blow out....who wants to pack poopy clothing home!!LOL A

on another note......Awesome that u are still pumping, it took the 3rd baby till I could actually nurse... and he is full time BF which I am enjoying and thought I would hate!

Oh and don't forget ziploc bags for those messy clothing..... just in case!

we're bringing ours the week he turns 4 months. On my list is sunscreen approved for the baby, a sunshade, and a stroller fan

We're going in a few weeks with our 2 month old....in addition to our other 3 kids as well.

A few things you didn't list....

I asked my ped. about sunscreen since they all say not to use under 6 months. He said that Neutrogena baby sunscreen was fine to use for a baby under 6 months. He said not to put sunscreen on them is just plain crazy! Obviously I will do my best to keep him out of the sun but he still needs to be protected.

Thermometer and infant Tylenol.

Some sort of bouncy seat or portable swing. It's nice to have something to set them in.

A carrier for the parks. I have a Beco butterfly2 that I love!

Swim diapers

Breast pump wipes. I hav wipes made by Medela that I can use to quickly clean off my pump when I don't have time to thoroughly clean it.

We went with DS when he was 4 months old (he is now 19 months) and he did great. The only things I would add to your list are a sling or other type of baby carrier and a box or two of diaper wipes. Personally, I do bring our own baby towels and washcloths. They are so much softer than hotel towels. However, I would not bring the baby bathtub. I would fold up hotel towels and lay baby on those and then just wash him. Have a great trip!

I would skip the baby tub as well. I don't even have one for home. I have a big baby sponge that I lay him in and wash him that way. Very easy o pack.

We got breakfast foods, case of bottled water, & diapers from gardengrocer.com

They delivered it to POP for $12 on our arrival day. It was there when we checked in.

If you like to keep your room neat, get one of those multi-shelf hanging things (for shoes). It keeps the bathroom neater & things handy.`

Have you thought about how you are going to keep the milk cool? Does your hotel room have a refrigerator? If you are pumping in the park, you'll need a cooler and something you can put ice in.

Breastmilk stays fresh at room temperature for something like 12 hours, so we always fed what I had pumped at his next feeding. Easy peasy!

I pumped and exclusively breatmilk fed for 18 months. It's a lot of work, but so worth it! Good work keeping up the pumping, mommy!

I don't know if it was mentioned but, we brought our son when he was just shy of 5 months and a life saver were sun hats. We used the floppy sun hats with the velcro chin straps on all of our kids. I always got them from Hanna Andersson but, Baby Gap carries them too.

One of my biggest pet peeves is little baby heads without a hat in the sun. Especially Florida sun. My kids are 12, 10 and 6 now and they always wear hats in the sun.

Have a great trip!!:goodvibes

Also bring diaper cream or ointment in your carry on. DD always seemed to break out into a rash when we did air travel - probably since it's hard to notice a poopy diaper right away when things are so hectic.

Don't forget bottle and nipple brushes along with soap to clean the bottles with. I don't think I saw these on your list. Also if you are using a pack n play bring your own sheets. We brought our then 8 month old with us in Dec. 2008 and it was easier then we thought. Definitely rent a fridge if your room is not going to come with one. Make sure you have a positioner for when the baby is sleeping if you use one at home. Don't forget the rain cover for the stroller cause it does rain in Florida and you don't want your stroller to get soaked if it gets stuck in the rain or you need to walk around in it. You may want to bring a baby carrier of some sorts so it's easier on you when the baby doesn't want to sit in it's seat anymore. Plus this helps when you're standing in line. This is all that I have off the top of my head. I'll update more when I think of it. Good luck and have a GREAT TIME!! :goodvibes

I'm loving all these tips! We are bring our daughter who will be 6months this july! I pump and supplement because I can't make enough. We use Medela bottles. We may switch to Dr. Brown or Playtex drop ins by then.

I'm wondering if the playtex dropins would be easier to use while in the parks?

anyone have a suggestion?
