Hello everyone..

I'm taking my 8 month old daughter down to Disney at the end of April. We usually pack her diaper bag with 2-3 bottles in the cooler section of her diaper bag but it's a pretty big bag.... too much to carry around the parks. Just wondering how the rest of you contained the formula and what did you bring in the diaper bag each day.. I'm trying to keep the bag small. If you run out, can you get diapers and formula at the baby care centers?

Sorry for all the questions.. I started out with only one. :)

Thanks!

Hello...

I traveled to WDW when my dd was only 3 months old. I purchased indvidual (6 or 8 oz) bottle of formula directly from the company and had it shipped to the hotel. Granted she only drank 5 bottles a day so I new exactly what i need and added a few extra bottles. For the hotel we always had a refrigorator and I just bought them from the Publix.

Hope this helps.

Thanks... I used to do that when she was a few months old. Now because of her tummy issues, she is on Carnation Good Start... which by the way I recommend to anyone whose baby has tummy problems. It's amazing. Anyway, they don't sell those little bottles.. and it's killing me. :Pinkbounc I have tried the powder but my little princess doesn't really like it.

Thanks for your suggestion though. :)

Hi,
I've been wondering the same thing since we're bringing our ds to WDW soon and he'll still be on formula when we go. Just a thought: You could buy the 13oz can of liquid concentrate and then bring a bottle of water with you to add to it when you're ready to feed your dd. Maybe she would tolerate that better since it's already in liquid form, and make it a little less bulky for you to carry, even though it would be more cost effective for you to bring in your own water as opposed to buy a bottle in the parks. I wouldn't recommend using the water there since it tastes pretty bad. I also checked Carnation's "product locator" on their web page and it looks like the "ready-to-eat" only comes in 32oz size, darn! If you're interested in looking at their site, here's the link: http://www.verybestbaby.com/tools/wheretobuy.asp?section=wb

Have a great trip!
