Packet pick up question

Hi, I need some advice. A friend of mine who was suppose to travel with me for the race is no longer able to make the trip. She is registered for the 5k. Will I be able to pick that up for her and mail it once I return. Thanks!

If they continue the current process your friend will need to sign the waiver, a packet pickup authorization form and furnish a copy of you license.

I picked up my mom's packet last year. This is what I brought with me: her signed waiver, a letter from her giving me permission to pick up her packet that was signed and had a phone number, a copy of her drivers license, my signed waiver, and my drivers license.
