Okay, I know a lot of you have children, I've seen the pics! Anyway, how do you all have the TIME to sew and scrapbook and everything else?

Please, please, please fill me in on the secret!!!

Drugs? Coffee? No sleep? All of the above? You are all really rich with nannies?

No nanny but DD does go to Day Care 4 days a week. I work full time. I'm a caffeine addict. And yes, I sleep Personally, I sew on the weekends when I can and I also try to do a 12 hour scrap-a-thon session once a month.

WOW Stacy good luck w/ your promotion. That's very exciting. I hope you can make it out in Feb.

As for GTG's... I am really game for anything. I don't know that any of the resorts have a really great non pool play area. Most have play areas by the pool but they aren't very big. I say let's see what Karen finds out about a Magical Gathering. It's far away and we have time to look into it. We could take the kids to the petting zoo at FW. OR to one of the miniature golf courses, they are pretty inexpensive.

Yes and no. There ARE animals. But they are all fenced in. There are ponies rides. And sometimes you can walk through the big horse barn (where they have the work horses that pull the carriages at MK).

I finished JoJo last night! This one is slightly different and more girly then one I did a long time ago for Dallas. I am going to do matching pants for it too.

Always looks better on a real person vs the floor or a hanger. It is a bit big on Dallas since it wasn't for him.

I think I posted this a while back, but don't remember now. I made one right before we went to Disneyland, this one is bigger and on a person!

Now off to read how to get all these things into photobucket!

We may be down in Feb. as well. It's still up in the air. I'm hoping we can make it. Delaney's little boyfriend and his family are going to be down and we're trying to coordinate with them. The kids really miss each other a lot since they moved to Michigan.

Twob4him, was it you and your family that just recently went to Dutch Wonderland? We're heading down that way in Sept. for a Day Out With Thomas. Did you stay at Willow Valley Resort? If you did, did the girls love it? The water playground looks like fun.

We havent gone yet....soonerish though....we will in August! In the mean time we are going to Hershey Park and I am trying to sew like a mad women to finish their outfits. Then I gotta clean and pack and yikes! 4H Fair is next week too! Argggg

So am I the only person who logically KNOWS that Dutch Wonderland is a real place but sometimes forgets and thinks its made up because it was on Jon and Kate plus 8???? Totally screwed me up when they went to Disney because they invaded my reality

Yep, my kids are in daycare, too and I work full time. That must be it, I can't sew during their naps since there is no sewing machine in my office! There must be a way to convince my employer that I need a sewing machine...or a way to convince DH that I should stay home, but I think that would be more work than work!!!!

Extremely messy house and pile of laundry on couch, bigger then me!

Staying up to all hours of the night!

Cheerios served for every meal!

I am so upset that I waited so long to do my futon covers...they were so easy to do and in less than two hours the furniture look brand new I chose a cheap fabric as I did not wanted to mess up expensive one, but now that I know I can do it I will go order a nice fabric

all together I spent
2.00 yard 100"wide cotton for 10 yrs = 20.00
1.00 for the thread

so $21.00 (I used the zipper from the old covers)
