Package through AAA-but what if Disney Visa discount comes out?

We have a package for 2014 and just joined AAA. We also have a Disney Visa. The TA for AAA said we have to have the package signed over to AAA to get the AAA discount. So when/if a Disney Visa discount comes open we would also have to go through the AAA TA for her to call and get the discount. This makes me very nervous b/c the timeframe we are going is April/May and the discounts this past year came out end of December. What if she is on vacation? I am type A and like being in control of our reservation, if we miss out on a huge savings I will be mad. So.....what do I do? Not go through AAA?

Well, I feel a little better b/c I talked to the AAA TA and she said even if she is not there, anyone in office can call and ask the pin to be applied. She said they are open till 10pm during week and open on sat/sun too. that makes me feel better. I have been really impressed with this particular TA so I hope they are all as good as her. Anyone with AAA experiences?

I've booked twice with AAA. Our agent both times kept checking back and rebooked us at cheaper rates as they came up. The storytime in Epcot and other little things were bonuses too. I would highly rec them.

Just have to stay on them and make sure they make the changes.
