I just have a quick question....If I was to make a package reservation for two rooms, then a better deal came available, would the Disney reservation system change it for me? Thanks for the information.

Not automatically, you will have to call about getting the discount applied.

Not only do you have to call to have the discount applied, it is not guaranteed that the room/resort that you book will have the discount available. Disney does not discount all rooms at all resorts in a given promotion. They only discount what's not booking well. If you want a Courtyard view room at Wilderness Lodge, but the discount isn't available for that room, you might have to switch to a standard view room, or to a different resort to get the discount.
