Package delivery to BLT

I previously stayed at BLT and had a large box delivered (I was filling up my owners locker!) and I had to pick it up at the conference center instead of bell services. Does anyone know if that was because it was such a large package or do you have to pick up all packages at the conference center? I was just wondering because I was planning on sending a package on my next trip (but much smaller ) and it would be easier to be able to pick it up at bell services. TIA if anyone knows. I'm one of those obsessive planners that likes to know every detail ahead of time

There is a sticky at he top of the Resorts board which should confirm. But it's not about the size, but what resort. All resorts considered convention resorts do this, and there is a charge. If you weren't charged, it must have been pixie dust.

Thanks. I may have been charged, but it was a couple of years ago and I really don't remember. I feel like I'm too young to be having senior moments, but they seem to be happening more frequently!!

Ha! I can't believe how many things like this I forget. I think there's only so much room up there, and my memory bank just dumps a lot!

Disney outsourced the package handling at the convention resorts a few years ago and as a result the contract allows them to collect a fee for all packages sent to the resort.

The fee can be charged to your room and Bell Services can pick up your package and deliver it to you in your room.
