I think I know the answer to this, but I want the opinions of the DIS experts to confirm my suspicions. 
On Dec 21st I received an email from Disney Destinations that headlines "Check out this magical Disney rate _______ family!" The graphics are the Game On email and the right side has the long box down the side with the "special offer". It lists a rate of 875* per adult for a 6 night stay at a value resort and at the end it gives a 3 letter package code that is good for most nights in June 2014. It also states that the number of packages at this rate is limited. I know this isn't a PIN code, but this isn't a discount package either is it?
I believe it is just a package code and they are trying to entice me to book at rack rates.
So my DIS friends, what do you think?
