This company it PATHETIC.
I posted about waiting in queue to get help the other day for FIVE hours and never getting through.
Well today I look at my PayPal account and guess what...they charged me $49.90!! I called and the guy said yeah you called and cancelled on April 23rd but they didn't do it right in the system. I will put through the refund for you.
Why do they have to make it so hard!?!? Do they honestly think that I am not going to notice that $49.90 missing!?!?
