If you had a choice between these two which would you do?

What are the differences between the two?

TIA

Stephanie

Time of year is one big difference.
Age of the folks going.
But knowing Disney both will be fun.
DW picked up tickets for the PPP on March 11.

It will be me and DS11 going. We will be there in late August or early September.

HI !
I've done both, they are VERY similar. Either of them would give you the same vibe. For some reason though, I preferred the PPP. Maybe it was the weather as the MNSSHP was way too hot to enjoy. Fireworks at PPP were spectacular.
Just my opinion !

Been to both like Polynesianfan but I liked MNSSHP a little better but have to say I loved each of them. I thought the Boo To You Parade was a little better and loved Hallowishes. Although the Pirate fireworks were awesome as well.

Anyone been the MVMCP? Might go next year and looking how it compares to the other two.

I just might end up doing both depending on which dates I am there :lmao:

My birthday is Halloween that would be so cool to be there on Halloween but not possible but seeing the MNSSHP would be awesome.

Two nights of not so crowded MK would be worth the $$ in my opinion to just leave more time for the other parks.

I am not even sure when I am going yet, but if I can I might take advantage of both. :cool1:

Thanks guys.

Stephanie

If you are going late August, early Sept......MNSSHP won't be on at that point, usually starts mid September.

Thanks all for your replies. I guess I will decide which to do when I decide when I am going.

Ideally I would like to go mid Sept and do both!! :cool1:

I just came back from PPP and did MNSSHP last fall. The fireworks from PPP were my favourites, but the parade only went once for PPP and due to rain floats were breaking down and no horses.

I think the variety of characters around for MNSSHP was good - better for my family. For PPP it was just me & my DSis so we were there as pirates and were quite happy to wait in line to meet Captain Jack for as long as it took. (I didn't really time it but probably betwee 30-45 minutes for us).
