Oxnard, CA to DLR

How long will it REALLY take to drive from Oxnard, CA to DLR on a Wednesday if we left about 9:00am?

We drove from Malibu (which is a beautiful 45 min. drive down the PCH from Oxnard) to DLR in 75 min. (non rush hour). So i would say 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

Perhaps others will comment on which route is better. (& you'll get alot more folks responding on the DL board...this socal board doesn't seem to get as much action.)

I agree it will easily be 2 hours. I live in Ventura and take the 101 to 134 east, then 5 south. If the 5 is really jammed in the downtown area, I take 710 south to 91 east to 5 south. It's kind of roundabout, but it usually avoids all the slow traffic and gets me there faster.
