This is something that I AM NOT an expert in. I am not a lawyer or a financial person. I have LLCs, trusts and things like that, but I just do what my financial people say. I actually believe some of my
DVC is in a trust. However, I HAVE, as an individual, purchased 8 contracts, AND I have transferred half a dozen contracts to other people or added other people to existing contracts (gratuitous transfer)
So, from my limited experience, I would say that LLC or not, as far as Disney is concerned, there are certain LISTED OWNERS. These are the DVC Members who are responsible for and allowed to use the account. They are registered with Disney. They are the ones who must call and book and schedule and make changes when using the DVC. The legal ownership might be in an LLC, but the benefits and responsibilities pass THROUGH the LLC to certain listed individuals. So, if you go to change those individuals, then all the other Disney rules and restrictions come into play.
