Own strollers in MK

I was wondering what is the best way to handle own strollers in MK. We are going to have own strollers for our DS1. I noticed that there are surprisingly many attractions that he can attend (and we can attend as a whole family), but what to do with the strollers? is there places (like parking lots :) ) for strollers in the front of the attractions? Do I need to lock the strollers somehow?

sorry about these stupid questions, but hey, we are first timers.

There will be a place to park the strollers either in front of a specific attraction, or there will be a general stroller parking area close by. No need to lock IMO, but i would do something to make your stroller different ( for example, like a bright ribbon) just so it is easier to spot it in the sea of strollers...lol

Has mentioned above there will be a place to park your stroller outside or near all of the attractions. Disney does not allow you to lock your strollers at the park, as the cast member may move your stroller slightly in order to fill empty spaces as people come and go with the stoller. We simply tied a couple ribbons in several places on our stroller to help us identify it and help prevent other people from mistakenly taking the wrong stroller! We often parked the stroller in one place and went to several attractions in the area instead of moving it for every ride! If you decide to take the train from the front of the park back to fantasy land you can fold up your stroller and take it on the train with you, if you rent you can not bring your stroller with you.

Hope you have a great time!

I had a big pink tag on my stroller from when I checked it on the plane. It was very recognizable. Also my husband put a piece of duct tape with our name on it underneath the foot rest just in case.

Yes be careful about whre you park your stroller outside attractions or shows. We had ours moved several times. In MK we parked it outside of IASW and the CMs moved it to the stroller parking area down the ways a bit. We had no idea this was there and where they wanted us to park in the first place. This also happened outside of Finding Nemo, they moved it down quite aways. And at MGM, we went into see B&B and specifically parked it next to a garbage can and when we came out the CMs had moved it and it was parked with a bunch of others in the street.

I would definitely mark your stoller with something unqiue. My older son got this obnoxious rainbow colored bandana from school so I tied that on there plus we had this toy that stuck on the front tray that helped identify it too. You would be amazed at how many strollers looked just like ours without those markers! I have heard of people getting the bicycle license plates and hanging them from the handle of the stroller too.

have fun
