So I was a little bored during a conference call today and I overlayed the construction blueprints onto Fantasyland. Thought I would share.

Very talented. Thanks for sharing. It will be amazing.

If you still have it saved in seperate layers could you make the map a little more transparent? If not o.k.

It's very cool you did that by the way.

Great view. From that overlay its apparent that they are extending the MK into previously unused back stage areas as well as totally changing the area from the old 20K Leagues show area out through Toon town.

BTW, does anybody else remember when Toon Town started? Originally (1988) it was just temporary structures themed to Mickey's Birthday Land. It was only supposed to be up for a year or so, but it proved to be such a big draw that the land was made permanent. Of course, you could only celebrate Mickey's 60th birthday for so long, so it was re-themed to Toon Town.

Ok, a couple more. I added the 3D buildings for some perspective. As Jeff said, this is a huge chunk of the park and a ton of "green" backstage area.

Here is the KMZ file for Google Earth.

Enjoy!! If you want to post some custom views or have any interesting observations, feel free to post.

Thanks for that! It gives a better idea on what's coming!

wow, that was so cool to see. Love how you added buildings and stuff - it helped me with perspective!

That is talent!!!
