Overheard at the park yesterday - the 5-21-17 edition

A few of the things I overheard at the park yesterday -- between 7:30 a.m. and about 3:45. Hope ya'll enjoy. 'Cause this here's the wildest ride on the internet(ness)! ;-)

Guy (to his friend): The longer this day goes on, the more I wish it wouldn’t.

Girl: Do you think being married three times is too many?
Guy: Probably. Unless we’re talking about you.

Girl1: Why do you hate my new boyfriend?
Girl2: Because I’ve met him.

Guy1: I just read that the Philippines will spend $524 million on military aircraft.
Guy2: What are they buying, one eighth of a Stealth Bomber?

Girl: Why does everyone hate Nickelback?
Guy: There are a lot of reasons but it's mainly their music.

Mother (to her child): If you’re good, you can have ice cream later.
Child: If I’m bad, can I have it now?

Also, this was the kind of day it was at/on Buzz Lightyear. Couldn't even break the top ten with Dave (A.K.A. DLH) there.

Ha! Love it! Glad to see I wasn't among the quotes...I was there yesterday, even on buzz a few times, but that score is light years higher than mine!

I had to check and make sure I didn't make the quotes also! The best thing. Buzz got stuck but it let me keep shooting a target. I got my personal best. 143,000.

That is my average. I stink at Buzz but do much better on TSMM. Something to do with aiming. Right there with you . My husband gets anywhere from 700k to 1M plus.
