Outside Vendor at SBP question

I have a question about outside floral vendors at Sea Breeze Point. I know they can't really decorate and it states that they can provide personal floral.

I was wondering if an outside florist can do the aisle petals and throw petals for a staged exit? Or if they can put flowers on the chairs, petals on cake table etc..,

Thanks so much for your replies!! I have a great outside florist and would love to have them do the toss petals and aisle petals.

I didn't start planning my wedding until a few months ago, but in that time I have researched these boards a lot. What I have found is that ultimately for a question like this you are going to have to ask your planner. One example is there have been brides that were allowed to use freeze dried petals and some were told no. You should be able to provide your own real petals, but if the florist can put them out is up to your planner. I hope everything works out for you and you get the answer you are hoping for.
Maybe someone with some experience with this will also come along and post. (or Lurkyloo ).
