Is there outside seating (benches or table) somewhere near Columbia Harbour House to eat outside? Thanks!

There's some stone walls. Top of the hill in Fantasyland, there is the Tangled section that has benches.

If coming from FantasyLand, just past the stroller parking, there are a few tables for Liberty Square Market.

Go around the corner, there are tables for Sleepy Hollow.

You can also go over to Pecos Bill in Frontierland. The cranes (birds) will enjoy your company.

Personally, I'd go upstairs at CHH under most any circumstance.
