Outside food?

Yes, but it can't be in a wagon. You can't "pull" anything in WDW. You can push it in a stroller or carry it in a backpack, but no wagons.

Yes, you just can't bring in glass containers or hard sided coolers. We typically bring a soft sided cooler that we hang on the back of our stroller with drinks and snacks.

You can bring outside food in to the parks. No alcohol or glass is allowed. You cannot bring regular knives to cut things, only plastic ones :)
We usually try to freeze some grapes to help keep the food and drinks cooler and then will be consumed rather than all Blue-ice in the bag.;)

Our theme park strategy includes:

Making bagel and lunch meat sandwiches because bagels hold up better than bread.

Can of Pringles because they take up less room and hold up better than bagged chips.

Don't forget to bring packets of condiments because you can't always find mayonnaise when you are ready for lunch

Ice water is free - we always bring Mio flavor enhancer and make our own punch.

we also bring apples and peanut butter fro snacks along with granola bars and other snack items.

We have done Disney for less than $20 in food costs by bringing breakfast for the room (buying milk), packing lunch and eating a $16 pizza back at the room.

That alcohol policy isn't 100% true. We would bring a bottle of really nice wine to dinner in Epcot and just pay the $20 corking fee. I'm sure the rule applies you can't bring your own 6pack in or bottle of jack Daniels lol
