Outdoor Seating - Open during cold months?

We'll be at the parks in late December and I know there are a small number of restaurants that have outdoor seating. When the weather gets cold, do they keep them open? Add standing heaters? An example would be Geyser Point and Spice Road in Epcot. TIA!

Spice Road still has the outdoor seating open in December and they have heat lamps.

We have eaten at both in December. You really can't predict what the weather is going be like so it's possible you will have days in the 70s.

I know Tony’s puts up plastic curtains to seal in its patio when it is cold

Not sure about those locations, but we ate at Rose & Crown in December once, temps in the 40s, and there were people seated out on the patio. I can't recall if there were heaters. They had plastic curtains in some spots, but not many. I was there last January for lunch and ate outside.
