Out of the free dining dates, which is the least crowded time?

We are hoping to take advantage of the free dining offer. I was hoping for the first week in December but it's not available. I've never been during that time of year. So I'm wondering which will be the least crowded? I am thinking maybe the week before Thanksgiving.

Our favorite week to go is the week before Thanksgiving. The weather is awesome, the crowds are low and it's already decorated for Christmas for the most part.

My coworker went the week of Labor Day two years ago. She said the weekend of Labor Day was crowded, but Tuesday on was empty.

However, she said the heat was almost unbearable.

We went the wed after Thanksgiving. We have only waited a few times over 15 min. The christmass stuff is all up and started and the big Crowds have gone home. But we have never gotten free dining. Going Dec 3-14 this year and renting dvc cant wait.

Typically, its the first two weeks of September. Most of September is good then the crowds start picking up in October.

I have a trip planned booked yesterday for nov 20-26th have u been at this time before we'd be flying home the day before thanksgiving

The closer you are to thanksgiving it will get busier, but its still a great time to go...the first couple days will be the best as far as crowds go

Don't forget to check the cost of airfare if you're flying close to Thanksgiving. The increase in flights might cancel any savings on FD! :)

Last year we were there the third week in September, and the crowds were super low. Yes, it was a bit hit but since we didn't have to spend a lot of time waiting to get on rides, I thought it was very manageable. We plan to go this year the second week in September, which I think will be great too!

Exactly what I think is going to happen to us. We are booked for 11/20-11/28 but might need to come home a day early on Thanksgiving depending on Southwest's flights. At least the airport won't be crowded! Hopefully we can get a late flight so we can still have part of the day.
