Our timeline so far:
5/8/13 - Made offer through Fidelity
5/9/13 - Seller counters, we accept
5/10/13 - Receive notice from Fidelity of seller's acceptance
5/17/13 - Receive contract from Fidelity. Signed and returned via email
5/28/13 - Seller signs (finally)
5/30/13 - Sent to ROFR
