Hi DISers!
So, now I am back and ready to start my Trip Report! :goodvibes

This trip was 4 days and 3 nights of pure Disney greatness! :wizard:

We stayed at the Yacht Club (standard view) from August 14th to August 17th.

For the most part it was only me (Lizzy), my mom (DM), and my dad (DD).
Although on the 16th, my sister (Amanda) and her boyfriend (Blaine) came by and spent some time with us.

The reason for this trip was for my 15th birthday, which was on August 15th. :]

If you would like to read my PTR it's in my signature. :]

I will go ahead and start with Day 1 in my next post. Keep reading! :mickeyjum

So on August 14th, we woke up around 9am. DM had to drive the dogs to the kennel, so me and DD stayed home and finished packing and cleaning.

My luggage

Then we loaded up the truck with everything.

We left our house at 12pm. There was only a little traffic, because of a wreck. It looked pretty bad, because the truck had flipped a few times and was completly crushed. :guilty: I'm still not sure what happened and how things turned out.

But on with the Trip Report, it wasn't long before we saw this sign!!! :woohoo:

We went to the front desk and checked in. We were on the 3rd floor and very close to the lobby. We were the first room when you get off the elevator.

After that, we decided to decorate the room now. We never had any problems with the decorations and even got complimented many times.
Some people said that's how they knew they were on the right floor, just look over and see the door with the deocorations.:goodvibes

There were some more decorations, but I didn't get pictures of them.

So by then it was around 4pm and we had a reservation at 6:45pm.

Can you tell where we are headed?? ;]

Okay so it was already getting close to 6:45pm. We went downstairs to the bus stop and it only took about 5 minutes for a Magic Kingdom bus to come. :thumbsup2

It seemed like a long ride until we got to the park, but maybe it was just because we were all hungry.

We arrived and it didn't seem too busy. :D
We went through bag check and through the ticket machine(I have no idea what they're called).

Here are some pictures of the construction.

I don't know if you can see him, but it's a bunny!
(Right before I took this picture, there was another family standing in front of us.(But not blockig the shot) They kept laughing at the dad, saying he was posing for my picture. LOL)
009.jpg

Well I guess ya'll wanna know where we were going to eat dinner at??
Okay, okay...Liberty Tree Tavern!:woohoo:
I didn't get any pictures though. :sad2:
The food was soooooooooooooooo delicious though! DD is a super picky eater and he loved this place! It was pretty crowded and a little loud, but it didn't really bother us. I think we will be coming back to LTT again.:goodvibes

Okay so by then we still had a little bit of time before we needed to get a seat for the MSELP.

We went over to ride POTC and it was only about a 15 minute wait! :D
010.jpg

Ahhh...this ride is a must-do for our family. :]

We decided we then needed to start looking for a spot to watch the MSELP. We ended up sitting over by the castle and we had a pretty good spot for watching!

We waited about 30 minutes before we heard the classic music blasting around us. :D

I will always love that parade! It always brings back memories from when I was little.

After the parade we went over to where the Crystal Palace is and waited for the fireworks to start.
025.jpg

OMG!

Best fireworks I have ever seen at WDW! I am sorry to say, but I liked the Nightastic fireworks better than Wishes.

Since it was on the last night of the Summer Nightastic fireworks, there were a lot of people. But thankfully after the first parade and fireworks were done, just about everyone left!

We headed back to the Aladdin ride and it was a walk-on. So were Splash Mountain and BTMRR.

After we rode some rides we went over to where all the little shops are over in Frontierland. We sat down on that old time wooden floor and waited......about 10 minutes before we heard that wonderful music again!

Since there wasn't really anyone in the park, the characters really got to interact with everyone.

There was one part where Prince Charming gave me the glass slipper.

But now it was time to go back to the room. :[

As we were walking out of the Magic Kingdom, a guy stops and yells at the top of his lungs "I LOVE DISNEY WORLD!!!"

Everyone started clapping!

That is definitely something to remember!

So we got on the bus to take us back to the Yacht Club and all of a sudden...we see fireworks. HUGE fireworks.

Even the bus driver was like "What the heck?!?"

I mean it was midnight and these fireworks were coming from HS.

Well it turned out that it was because of the big Star Wars convention/party they were having! DD and I were so mad that we somehow missed it!

Well before we knew it we were back at our room and I don't think we even went to sleep that night.

Let's face it, we were all too excited to sleep!!
