Our trip to our "Happy place" w/ pics & videos!!*new 7/7!!*Last day Magic Kingdom**

:yay: I'm all caught up Amy!

I won't multiqouote everything but please bear with me with my jibber-jabber comments ;) Hope all this makes sense, albeit slightly out of context :goodvibes

Shopping at MK: Way to go Rae! You've got quite the little shopper there! She's better than me about not spending more than you have ;) :rotfl2: :rolleyes1
Sorry Peyton never found a bigger Goofy that he was looking for :sad2: My dd loves Daidy and she seems to be under-represented in the merchandise are as well, not to mention hard to find in the parks (as we found out  )

Speaking of Disney fever...I think my family may have caught that bug. The plane home hadn't even hit the ground and we were already saying how we wanted to go back next year  (Hopefully we can make that happen!)

We missed Spectromagic this time, caught a small glimpse but it's definitely on my list of must-do's next time around!

Happy Belated Birthday to Peyton!!! :bday: party:

So glad to hear the outcome of GM's ankle! I'm glad there was no broken bones or blood clots. You've got one heck of a GM there, hanging in there through all that pain.

Rae is my hero for riding TOT :dance3: Her comments about it are just too precious and I'm glad she rode it even though she was :scared1: And the video of her later that day...if only I could bottle some of her energy!

I'm so glad you made the 'executive decision' for Rebekah to go to the HSM pep rally because by the looks of it she really seemed to enjoy it!! Sometimes, moms really do know best :goodvibes

I'm so glad I read through everything and I'm looking forward to reading more!

MGM

Did I mention it was HOT on this day? By the time the Pep Rally was over we were all extremely thirsty and where is our cooler? With GP on the ECV.:sad2: We stopped to get some frozen lemonades (YUM!) and walked to our next attraction. It was time for Beauty and the Beast!:woohoo:

GM and I love this show,Rebekah tolerates it and Rachel didn't remember anything about it.:goodvibes We arrived about 20 minutes before it started and got great seats ,but it was stifling HOT in the theater. There was a little girl seated behind us in a long sleeved princess dress dripping sweat and I felt so bad for her.:guilty:

We ate our lemonades and Rae played with a wipe(why is my child facinated by wipes?:confused3 ) and before long the show started. It was beautiful and here are some of the pictures I took.

I forgot,we talked to GP while we were waiting and he said that they weren't giving out fastpasses for Lights,Motor,Action that day.The CM said to just show up about 20 minutes before the show.:thumbsup2

Up next...our FAVORITE attraction at MGM!!:woohoo:

popcorn:: popcorn:: popcorn:: :yay: :yay: :yay:

I wonder why they haven't enclosed that theater like they have for the FOTLK theater and the Finding Nemo Theater (Theater in the Wild)?:confused3

Thanks...I was grasping at straws:rotfl2:

We will take short...we are not picky...............

just impatient:lmao:

You are such a sweety to read all of it and comment. The Disney bug is hard to shake-you must book another trip.:woohoo: All the parades are on our must do list when we take the kids back.We missed all of them this time.

I still want to hear about you trip...:surfweb:

very nice pics. they r gorgeous.

frozen lemonade=yummy

:thumbsup2

You learn something new everyday. I have never seen Beauty and the BEast, therefore I didn't realize that it was not totally enclosed, thus making it hot, thus explaining, your cliffhanger....Pretty and hot:thumbsup2

Thans for giving me an update and great pics.......

Wow what a great update! And I didn't get too bloated on the popcorn! ;) :rotfl: :rotfl2:

We didn't get to do any shows in MGM last Oct.:sad2: , so I think we will HAVE to do that in Jan. We also missed the Lion King show in AK, and our waiter at CM's told us to NOT miss it. Well because it took Mickey so long to come and "see" us at breakfast we ran out of time at AK. That will be an installment in my anniversary TR edition. ;) :rotfl: Actually, we left one year ago today for Disney! :thumbsup2

I am hoping for lower crowds in Jan. so that we can do all the "extras" like shows and parades.

Amy....thanks for the pictures of Beauty and the Beast! It is my favorite show at MGM...and tied with FOtLK overall. I just love it!

When will they enclose/air condition the theater so we can enjoy it inside?!

We did not actually do the animation tour but we did go inside the art shop and character greeting area where you can play the drawing/voice recording games because you said your kids liked it so much. We were in there a looonng time but had lots of fun.
