Thinking it is time to post the pre-trip report to help me pass the time!
My DH and myself will be going to WDW Oct 14 - Oct 17 to celebrate our 12th Anniversary and really take in the F&W (even though we have been a few times already).
For the first time, I rented points from a DVC member (thanks rent/trade board).
Friday, October 14th
Airfare
LV PVD at 8am and AR in Orlando at 11am
This is the earliest we have ever flown. I figured since we were limited in our # of days I wanted to get the most time there.
Cost of airfare was $134 each for the one way.
Accommodations
This night we are staying in a studio with a savanna view at AKL in the Jambo house. Have never stayed here before.
Dining Reservations
We have a 7pm Reservation at Boma this evening. Have never eaten here but have always wanted to try it.
We also have the QSDP and will be using the TiW for a discount at this meal.
Saturday, October 15th
Accommodations
We are moving over to BC in a studio for the next two nights!
Can't wait to just walk to F&W.
Dining Reservations
7pm at San Angel Inn. Again, never eaten here but have always wanted to try it.
We will be sampling the food around the booths for lunch.
Sunday, October 16th
Accommodations
Beach club studio
Reservations
6:20pm Captain's Grille
Again, sampling foods around the world for lunch.
Monday, October 17th
Check out day
Our flight doesn't leave until 2:45 so we don't have to rush around in the morning. We get into PVD at 5:45pm. Just in time to see the kiddos before bed.
So, to summarize....
The sole purpose of this trip is to celebrate our Anniversary and really take in the F&W festival. We will be staying 1 night at AKL and 2 nights at BC. We will have the QSDP and AP's along with the TiW card (since we're going back in April 2012). No rental car since we can take Magical Express and walk to Epcot and don't have to worry about kids/strollers.
Thinking of maybe doing the Segway Tour or Behind the Seeds Tour as something different.
Cannot wait!
