We are just back from 10 days in the world and for the most part really had a good food experience. We are not super fussy but don't eat chicken nuggets either. Here is a brief review.

Sci-Fi Star Wars bfast: Excellent, totally worth the money.
Rebel Hanger: Excellent
Jedi Mickey dinner: Overpriced and while the food was ok, not worth the huge price tag.
Port Orleans bar to watch YeHaa Bob. Fabulous food, service and show.
Yak and Yeti dinner: Excellent. Good food, great service
Via Napoli dinner: Excellent. Good food, good service
50's Prime for dinner: Good food, booze and service
Liberty Tree for dinner: Good food, good service
BOG for bfast: Loved it! We had an 8:05am on a 9 am opening day, I had preordered and we loved the food and the preopening fun. We were first in line for A&E that morning ad I thought it was totally fun and worth it.
Hamarabe Market: Loved the Pork ribs and watermelon lemonade. The curry sausage not so much.
Grand Floridian Café lunch: decent lunch, good Pina' Colada cupcake.
Caribbean Beach hotel lunch: decent lunch, good Monkey cupcake
Wolfgang Puck Express: Excellent food, good service.
Olivia's for lunch. Found this lunch to be overpriced and food was meh. Our server was nice.

Thanks for taking time to post!! We did Star Wars breakfast last year, and also thought it was totally worth it!

So glad to hear someone else enjoyed BOG breakfast!!! Sounds like you had a lot of yummy eats!
