We just returned from our weekend stay at PBH. It was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were nice and big. We had a couple of small problems at check in that kind of soured our stay a little. We booked a package through Universal. We noted on our reservation that it was our 10 year anniversary and wanted a king room. When we arrived they couldn't find any notations of the king room. The lady on the phone when we booked said you couldn't reserve a king room you could only note it on the reservation. When we arrived they said they were out of king rooms put us in a bay view double bed room. The room was very nice but we sleep in a king bed at home. When we went to get our tickets to the parks, the universal desk said we needed vouchers from the front desk. The front desk did not give us any vouchers when we checked in. The universal desk called somewhere and talked to someone and got it all straightened out. But it took 45 minutes. Overall we had a great trip and would definitely go back.
 
You need to be complaining to Universal Vacations or whoever it is that booked you, they're the ones who dropped the ball, it's not really the hotel's fault.
