Hooray for paying off trips!

I'm just joining in, but I've caught myself up on your itinerary. Workin on the rest now! I'll be there for the last part of your trip (I arrive Sept. 24) and am staying at Pop Century too! I'll have my window decorated a little

Yay for paying off your trip!!! It's such a great feeling knowing it's all paid for, and all you have to do is sit back and wait for Mickey Mail!

Thanks!! I'm soo happy that it is paid off!! I can't wait for our Mickey Mail to arrive! I remember when we got our welcome pack and how excited I was back then - am guessing this will top that!

Sorry about the job. The right one will come at the right time. Yah for paying off trip, we paid ours friday, it is a wonderfull feeling. Feels like nothing is going to stay in the way now.

Very cute Cars movie night! We haven't seen the second one yet. On Jacob's list though, I don't know when if we'll have the time!

We did see Harry Potter on Sunday morning & loved it! Of course there are always things that could have been done differently, but in general I thought they did a good job! I had wanted to see it in the IMAX on Friday, but plans changed, so we are planning on going back to see again at the IMAX in a couple of weeks, (Jacob is at camp now), which makes me a little less sad that it is over.

Harry Potter was amazing! They sure did a good job of it and am glad you are getting to see it again - am hoping to do the same but just need to find someone willing to watch it with me. I hope Jacob has a good camping trip - I remember when my little sister went on her camping trip and we all just wanted her to be back at home!

Thanks! I'm looking for something like a receptionist position or a real estate assistant. I want an office thing with normal 9-5 type hours. I haven't finished my schooling, so that limits my options, but I don't feel like going back yet.

That's awesome that your trip is paid off! It will make it easier to buy more souvenirs while you're there!

No probs - I know what it's like to have to go through the application process etc only to be told that you are not successful! Keep us posted on how you get along. I have done office work in the past and enjoyed it.

I know many people that have taken breaks in between their schooling and have gone back once refreshed and with some life experience. Good luck with everything.

Sorry the job interview didn't go well, but I like your attitude. Sometimes its the experience that actually counts. I think it prepares you in unseen ways and there is probably something much better waiting for you around the corner.

Hey hun, no probs - I know how busy you have been and really hope to hear some good news on your PTR later. Will try and check in but with the time difference I may be asleep by the time you post! Btw I can't get used to writing 'hon' and 'mom' instead of 'hun' and 'mum' - it just seems wierd!

I'm feeling much better now and you are right - it is their loss, not mine. I sure hope it happens soon - it just gets a bit frustrating after a while but I know I just have to be patient and the right job will come along. Have seen an advert today that looks interesting so will apply and see what happens...

It's just that I have some other stuff happening at the same time which makes this small news seem that much worse. I don't want to burden you with my other worries as you have enough on your plate anyways. I'm just going to concentrate on all the positive things in my life and try and push the negative stuff to the back of my mind.

I am soo happy that our trip is paid off!! I can't wait to get my Mickey Mail!! I also can't wait to hear if the ME tags have changed since your last vacation.

Thanks - maybe I should have done the same on your PTR but I got a bit carried away! I had not even thought of watching Hallowishes at Poly but it was something Clearskies mentioned to me. I sure love these boards for these reasons!

Hi everyone! Hope you are all having a great weekend! We actually had some sunshine yesterday and there was a fair at a nearby park so we ended up going. Here are a couple of pictures that we took - loved taking the one of the Mickey and Minnie inflatables!

I also ended up doing a movie night on Friday. It was the last day of the week so we all needed some rest and relaxation. We bought out the foot spa that gets locked away in the wardrobe and forgotten about! We have now put it in the bathroom so we can get more use out of it.

I went to our local supermarket to try and get some princess cake toppers and tiaras however did not have much luck so bought some plain fairy cakes and decorated them with my sister. We made one for my mum (Queen) one for me (Princess) and one for my sister (Princess Ammie). We had some fun decorating them.

We also made some royal sandwiches (cheese and cucumber) and had some Royal juice.

Here is me waiting for my turn on the foot spa. I wore my Mickey and Minnie top - I know it was meant to be for our trip but couldn't wait

Excuse the messy hair - I need to get it sorted before our trip. I also want to lose a bit of weight - Ramadan begins 1 August and I'll be fasting sunrise to sunset - hopefully eating healthy food when I can eat will help with shedding a few pounds!

After having some fun with the foot spa, getting a foot massage and painting our nails (sorry I have no pics of the final results) we settled down to watch our movie.

I love this movie (have not seen many reviews of it on these boards) and think Anne Hathaway and Julie Andrews are great. I like the transformation from being ‘invisible’ to being a ‘princess.’

I have to agree with you, when Jasmine and I first went to see that movie, I just loved it! Growing up with Sound of Music and Mary Poppins...who doesn't love Julie Andrews! I think she's such a lady!! Great pictures .... you look gorgeous!

I love it too - it sure is a great girly movie!! We sure had fun at the home spa (lol!) and yay am a sandwich eater that comes up with great names for the creations!! It sounds cool and creative but I am not that imaginative when it comes to making food I see other themed nights on here that are far superior.

Lol I can imagine it would not be easy to watch The Princess Diaries with a house full of boys! My little sister normally gets outvoted when it is just her and the boys, however when I go round there end up being more girls so we can outvote them!

Lol I have already seen both quite a few times and you are right Chris Pine is easy on the eye! I love the thumb sucking girl and the way she gets to become a princess and also the mattress surfing is soo much fun! Aaw thak you - you may have realised that I am not really a fan of being in pictures however thought I better get used to the idea and get some practice in if I want to write a TR of our trip! Also I didn't want everyone to be in shock of the change from the initial picture - that was of when Zaheer and I had first got together and when I was most happy with my weight etc. Would love to get back to that weight but we shall see if it happens
