Our rental car is fine to stay parked at the Contemporary in this scenario, right?

We will check out of CR on Sat. Nov. 19 (and MK hours have now been extended to midnight

After checking out, we're getting on the monorail to go to Epcot for the day. We'll return to MK that night for Wishes* and the 2nd MSEP scheduled at 11:00. When MK closes, we'll walk to CR, hop in our car and drive to a hotel off property *sniff*.

So, are we fine to keep our car parked at CR all day even though we check out that morning? I'm thinking "yes" - but co-workers are having me doubt myself - LOL

*Before going back to MK, we may head to the car to get out my tripod/put on some jackets, etc. I know it's silly, but I worry people will see us getting stuff out of the car and then walking over the MK thinking we're trying to beat the system or something parking for free at CR. I know - that's SILLY!!!

I *THINK* you're ok. You should get a parking pass that you'll put in your windshield. That (IIRC) has your check in and check out dates on it. Since you're there on your checkout date, I say you're fine.

Yes, some other guests might think you're breaking the rules, but they don't really matter. A CM would go look for the parking pass, see the dates and move on (if they even pursue the issue).

You have full use of all the hotel's facilities, including the parking lot, on the day you checkout.

Even though you need to be out of your room by 11:00 AM on the day you check-out, your other privledges of staying onsite such as parking at the resort you are staying at is good until 11:59 PM.

Until Extra Magic Hours, if any, end, which might possibly be at 26:59, and then get back to the resort and get your carryons from the bellhop.
