2/16 Made offer (note: Fidelity is closed on weekends)
2/19 Offer accepted
2/20 Contracts signed sent to Disney
3/9 Disney Waived ROFR
3/26 Closing documents sent (took us 4 days to return because we were out of town)
4/5 Closing took place.
4/12 Disney loaded our points. (we are members already, added on to an existing UY and resort)
There you have it, took less then 2 months.
