These are not completely set in stone as they are for October 1-8 and the October hours aren't out yet (we did some assumptions on hours and EMH based on previous years).

Wednesday October 1
Plane arrives at MCO at 10:55am, will rent a car and drive to BWV
Head to AK
Lunch at Yak & Yeti at 3:30pm
AK EMH
Dinner at Jiko at 8:45pm

Thursday October 2
Breakfast at Boma at 10am
Back to BWV for pool time
Grab food on the Boardwalk
Head to MK for MNSSHP at 4pm
Dinner at LTT at 7pm

Friday October 3
Breakfast from BW Bakery
Spend all day at Epcot (EMH that night)
Lunch at Coral Reef at noon
Dinner at Teppan Edo at 8:30

Saturday October 4
Breakfast at Spoodles at 10am
Off day for us
Parasailing at Contemporary
Couples massage at Mandara at Dolphin
Dinner at Citricos at 7pm
Pleasure Island night

Sunday October 5
Breakfast from BW Bakery
Head to Epcot
Lunch at Chefs de France at 11am
Dinner at Flying Fish Cafe at 5pm
Head to MGM (yes, MGM) for Evening EMH

Monday October 6
Breakfast from BW Bakery
Head to MGM
Lunch with an Imagineer at 11am (Brown Derby)
Dinner at 'Ohana at 6:15
Head to MK for Evening EMH

Tuesday October 7
Breakfast at Spoodles at 10am
Head to Epcot fpr F&W Festival
F&W lunch
Dinner at California Grill at 8:30pm (catch the Fireworks at MK)

Wednesday October 8
Breakfast at Spoodles at 10am
Head to DTD
Lunch at Wolfgang Puck Express
Fly home at 4:10pm

So there you have it! I'm sure it seems like a lot of planned meals but we are both foodies and will be doing the Deluxe Dining Plan. Plus, we know exactly which rides and shows we want to see so it will be easy for us to jump from park to park.
 
If you are eating lunch at 11, what time will you have breakfast? Also, are Chef's and BD serving lunch at 11? You may wish to make your dinner ADR for MNSSHP a bit earlier, unless you are planning to see the second parade of the party. Doesn't look like too much food or running around to me, plus if it is just adults, you won't have as many limitations (like with a heat affected, cranky DD5 such as my own, LOL).
