Our party of 8 has sadly been cut to a party of 3!!

Hi all. Our trip is scheduled for 12/1-12/9. we made ADR's at the 180 day mark. Sadly my little nephew has to have emergency cranial surgery so my sister and her family will no longer be coming with us My question is, what do I do about our ADR's? I don't want to cancel them...can I just modify them?
