Our New Accommodations

Well, I just had to show this thing. Brought it home yesterday but won't be able to camp for two weeks.

We've been travel trailer folks since 2004. But I've always wanted a 5th wheel toy hauler as soon as I saw my first Raptor. Now, the day has come for us. Maybe this winter, we'll be able to get back to the Fort. Haven't been since January, 2008 but now we have another reason to get back down there.

You know, I never even thought to take pics of the inside. Its a guy thing, I guess. Ironically, the interior was why we picked this particular unit.

Where we have it parked under a shelter, I can't extend the slides. I'll try to post interior pics next week when we get it ready for our first trip.

It does feel good to be back camping again. We race ATVs so we have several trips planned already and I just called Willow Tree this afternoon for a trip in early August.

Congrats. That thing looks like the mackist of the mack daddy campers. We wated a 5th wheel when we purcased our 28ft toyhauler last year, but then we would have needed a new truck to pull it...lol Good luck and hopefully lots of memories
