Wednesday
Originally planned on Typhoon Lagoon, but had change of plans

Breakfast, the usual at Mara

Lunch - Big River Grille

DH had the cheeseburger ( a real supersized burger)
DS had kid's cheeseburger
DD had the quesadilla (her newest fav the past few months for Mexican fare)
And I eat off of the appetizers.
We had the jalapeno dip, the hummus dip, and the chips and salsa.
I think DH really needs to ask my opinion more. I knew he wouldn't like the hummus dip (been there done that), however, sometimes they have to learn the hard way.:) The other two appetizers were quite good though.:)
And, the service was impeccable. I've read some bad reviews on this place, but our server was right there for anything we wanted, and had the refills ready everytime.

Dinner, I think Mara again.

Thursday
Breakfast. Well DH said no to Mara again, so we ate at the Electric Umbrella at Epcot. Pretty much the same fare in my opinion.:)

Lunch - the Yacht Club Galley
DH still wants to know how much we paid to have it to ourselves.:) Only two other tables were occupied while we were there. (Hey, it's who you know....)
DH and DS had the Fish and Chips. They weren't impressed.
However, I had the tuna and soup combo and both were excellent. And, DS helped me with the tuna sandwich.
DD - well she had the chicken fingers of course!:)
They both decided to do the kid's paint and puzzle and had fun with their's. She went for the white chocolate and DS had fun trying to figure out the puzzle. Service was excellent here, too.
I must say here, that service was usually good at most of the sit down restaurants. The server at RFC was late about checking back after the check, and 'Cousin Alicia' at 50's PTC was a little slow with the refills (but played along with DS and his antics). But, the other servers were excellent at the other restaurants.

Dinner - THe Cantina at Mexico.
DH and DD had the wet burrito and DS and I had the kid's burrito. We also shared a plate of nachos. But, did you know those darn margaritas are strong enough to knock a horse down?! Yup, after about a third of mine I was ready to be wheeled out of there.:) I still don't know how some of those people actually walked around the lagoon with their's.;)

Friday
Breakfast
Chef Mickey's
We all love the buffet there, and the DS just loves the characters.:)
Did you know the strawberries paired with the Micky waffles taste like Belgian waffles? Yummm!;)

Lunch, Columbia Harbour House
DH the salad
DS the fish and chips
DD the you guessed it...chicken fingers.
and I had the half sandwich and soup combo. The tuna sandwich and clam chowder hit the spot.:)

Dinner
After our afternoon break I called for PSs for Hollywood and Vine and was able to get them.
The family liked the buffet, and the peel and eat shrimp hit the spot for me!

Overall, I think we liked our choices last time a little bit better than this time. However, I did get us to try new places, so next time we can go back and hit our favorites.

Thanks for the reviews!

I think you have finally convinced me to try a Margarita at Epcot. For some reason I never get around to having one, but this next trip I will make it a point. :)

Thanks for the review and I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that can't finish the margarita.
