If I had my way, I'd have booked 2nd cruise on the ship. My DD and I are already ready to go back and miss it terribly. Unfortunately, we don't have one planned for the near future. Hopefully in a couple of years we can go back and do another one.

You could always do a mom and daughter trip. It was really special for me to get away with the girls, a much different trip then if my husband had gone. There never seems to be enough time where you can give your undivided attention to the kids, so the cruise was great for that.

Looks like our spring break is March 14, so we will be doing the Eastern next spring. See if I can keep it a secret this time, dd7 says she wished it was a secret last time.

Don't know about that. Dh doesn't like being left behind. Our nieghbors booked another 7 day for next spring break. I'm so jealous. Have a great time on the Eastern. Good luck keeping it a secret.

I just wanted to let you all know that I successfully completed my 6 rounds of chemotherapy last week. While I'm still not 100% back to normal, I am glad it is over. I should start radiation in a few weeks.

I am told that I will have daily 5 minute treatments (weekends excluded) for 6weeks and 3 days. Needless to say, no summer vacation this year.

With gas prices the way they are, it's a good thing my cancer center is close by. I'll be visiting them a lot this summer.

Thanks for the well wishes! I will actually finish my radiation treatments at the end of August. So far everything is going very well. We are going to Disneyland in October to celebrate my recovery!

I will let everybody know when I am completely done!

Today, I am very happy to report that I have successfully completed my regiment of radiation and am totally done with treatment for my breast cancer.

Thank you to all of you who followed my story and sent their best wishes, thoughts and prayers.

To celebrate my successful and arduous course of treatment, we are taking another cruise.
