7/13 MK and MSEP and EMH (Crystal Palace - late breakfast and Chef Mickey's - dinner?)
7/14 HS and Fantasmic and EMH (Hollywood&Vine - late breakfast or early lunch and Mama Melrose's - dinner)

Thinking of not doing Akershus and hitting up FairyTale Hall and/or CRT instead...DD said her favorite is Jasmine now. LOL
Thoughts? DS is 7 and DD will be 3.
Maybe do late breakfast at CP and QS dinner for dessert party day, then CM for breakfast and CRT for dinner on the EMH day...(really like the beef dish at CRT at dinner so that's what stops me from doing lunch there).
Not a very productive day for me, but at least I got to chat with my friends here

Decided to do early breakfast at CP (pre-park opening) and early QS dinner then dessert party Sat. Then breakfast at CM and dinner at CRT on Sun. before EMH.One thought .... whenever I've done the Dessert Party I haven't really wanted a big dinner. So maybe that day a nice TS lunch and then either a CS dinner or just some munching .....
. All set now I think... But now I have nothing left to change!! Ack!! How am I going to last until May? (When I can do FastPass+)

So excited I had to share! Got home from work, and in my email was a pin!! As some may know, I check into POR on the 29th! Booked the Stay, Play, Dine promo.
This Pin is for free dining or room discount! I forwarded the pin email to my excellent TA right away! Within 10 minutes of me sending her Pin, she had me rebooked at POR with the Free Dining Pin, and i saved $279!!! and that's after they took off the $50 last minute change fee, and $15 admin fee!!
Especially impressed with TA since I'm on the west coast, and she's on the east!! So it was late her time! Prob close to 8pm EST! That's what I call service!
I was talking to my sister this week and asking her how the house hunt was going. She is in a short rental on a house, only 6 months, and is looking for one to buy. She said the house hunt was depressing. Everything she finds is either really expensive or has stairs. She has an elderly Irish Wolfhound and I think she wants something that is single story (of course a basement is fine) for the fur-baby. She wants something close to the Falls Church area, if you have any suggestions of good areas to look. How good the school district is doesn't matter because they don't currently have, and are not planning on having any children (other than their fur babies).
Unfortunately, that part of Northern Virginia (NOVA) is ridiculous expensive. If she can get outside the DC Beltway, prices will drop a lot and she'd get more bang for her buck. Also, she may want to check out Annendale or Mclean - it would add a bit to the commute but I know several people who live there and work at the Pentagon. Also, the DC Metro system is fantabulous and really helps link the area in what is otherwise a ridiculous gridlock.

It looks like it would be fun. The only luau I have even been to was in Las Vegas. How was the food?
We enjoyed the food - which was one of our biggest complaints in Hawaii (the food tends to be dry/bland since they are cooking for so many). We had one fave luau in Hawaii (Paradise Cove) and I'd say Disney ranked right there for us... when you live in the islands, you get to go to lots of luaus with all your visitors.

Thanks for all the well wishes! *HUGS* to the RCers! W00t! LOVE surprise pins! esp on a trip already in the works! OOOOH, HAWAII! Great idea! So many fun things to do off the beaten path and a bus system that will take you there! If you get a chance, I highly recommend trying to get to Lanikai on the Windward side of Oahu - gorgeous beach, sea turtles that come up to the way too close reef, and hidden away so not crowded like Waikiki!
