Our Honey Moon in the Happiest Place on earth! Now Trip Report!

Hello again! Im so excited and feel so blessed to be able to start another trip report so soon!! and especially that it will be my honey moon! We will be getting Married on March 2nd 2013 and will be leaving on our Honeymoon On March 3rd! We will be staying for a whole week! A Special Thank you to my grandmother for purchasing our AP's and for giving us some money towards our hotel!

The Cast:

The Disney Bride: Thats Me Im Sid and Im so excited for this lengthy trip to DLR!

The sweetest of Grooms: Thats Jared he loves Disney mostly cause he loves me and cant wait for a week of Delicious Disney Food.

Hey how early will you get to DL on the 3rd???? The Dis Diva trip is that weekend and we'll be leaving around 4pm that afternoon to head to the airport.........I would love to meet you both in person!!!!!! (and I promise not to keep you too long.......since it will be your honeymoon!!)

I think that we plan on leaving Vegas around 9 or 10 (my mom has to meet us and pick up our wedding attire so we will be waiting for her) and that will put us there around 2 or 3 so If it works out that we are both there at the same time of course I would love to meet up with you!

OK So I was totally going to post what is supposed to be on our dining plan because I know I havnt been on in AGES! Ive been sooooo busy with holidays, work, wedding plans, etc only to remember that the list is on my other computers T.T so Ill just post this to remind you all that I still exist and hopfully tomorrow night or morning will post the lits

As Promised finally lol here is our itenary

Day 0: Saturday March 2nd
Get Married!

Day 1: Sunday March 3rd
Have breakfast in our room at the Mandalay bay
Leave around 10am (giving us time to sleep in we figure all though our wedding ends at 4pm it will still be exhausting)
Arrive at PPH about 2 or 3
Head in to Disneyland park
Dinner at Blue Bayou

Day 2: Monday March 4th
Spend Day in Disneyland Park
Breakfast at Tomorrow Land Terrace
Dinner at Big Thunder Ranch BBQ

Day 3: Tuesday March 5th
Spend day at DCA
Breakfast at Ariels Grotto
Dinner at Flo's V8 Cafe

Day 4: Wednesday March 6th
Breakfast some where outside the park possibley starbucks
Take the Walk in Walt footsteps tour
Dinner at Taste Pilots

Day 5: Thursday March 7th
Spend Day at Disneyland park, watch fireworks in evening
Breakfast at Carnation Cafe
Dinner at Jolly Holiday Bakery

Day 6: Friday March 8th
Send Day at DCA, Watch World of Color
Breakfast on Buena Vista Street Jared will probably have a sandwhich from star bucks I am planning on some fruit.
Early lunch at Cove Bar
Dinner at Carthay Circle Resturant

Day 7: Saturday March 9th
Breakfast at Story Tellers Cafe
Dinner at French Market
See Fantasmik

Day 8: Sunday March 10th
Breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen
Dinner at Rancho Del Zocalo

Day 9: Monday March 11th
Have Room service breakfast
Head home to spend little sisters 16th birthday with her.

Over the weekend we had to go to my grandfathers funeral he died late October. Please dont be sorry he was in alot of pain and is in a better place now and I am glad he is no longer suffering.

My mom had to go to a will reading after the funeral and the rest of the family was on there own. Jared, Austin, Shy, and I were in charge of checking in to the hotel. Shy mentioned that she would like to do some Christmas shopping. So we took them to Down town Disney and Jared and I went to have dinner at my favorite place.

We were only there for a few hours but it was pretty magical, also we restored balance to the universe because I gots me some dole whip lol.

Our estimated arrival time is like 2ish depending on traffic so hopfully we would be in the park around 3ish I wouldn't mind a stop to say hello if it doesn't interfere with your plans to go home

T.T I sat down and typed up day 1 with the litte time I had this morning then I dont know what happened I bumped a key and everything is gone and now I dont have time to redo it. Maybe later tonight if I am home early enough!

Ok lets try this again hopfully the Chromebook wont fail me this time.
Day 1:
So our Trip report really begins when Jared and I became Mr. and Mrs. On March 2nd.

Our Wedding ended at 4pm and we were in a Limo off to the Mandalay Bay where I had stayed the previous night with my girls. The Room was beautiful, but the atmosphere and service was lousy. The people working there all seemed to be cranky and one bell lady was particularly rude and when Jared said something to the front desk they were like yeah we know shes rude to people. I was pretty glad after we checked out. After we showered and shimmed out of our bride and groom attire we had some dinner at the cafe which has the yummiest potato soup ever and visited the shark reef which is an aquarium dedicated to predators

After that it was as Cogsworth once said "off to bed, off to bed"

Day 2:
We slept in a little this morning till 8:30 it felt weird to wake up so late before going to Disneyland usually we are up before dawn lol. We wanted to order room service this morning to be all fancy for our first breakfast as man and wife however apparently there was some sort of issue with the front desk and they would not allow Jared to order anything. Apparently the woman who checked us in neglected to ask us if we would like a hold put on our card for things like room service which ment there was no hold which ment we werent allowed to charge things to the room which ment no room service. So we dressed and headed down stairs to the casino and had breakfast at a resturant called Citizens it was descent nothing to write home about but at least the waitor didnt seem to hate his life lol
Jared had the pancake breakfast and I had a side of fruit and a side of toast

We then went back to the room and carried out own things to our own car because Jared was tired of dealing with the cranky people. When we left the room Jared wasnt sure what to do with the Keys because some hotels on the stip charge you if you take them (they pretty much charge you for anything around these parts) We had checked out via the tv so Jared decided just to slide them under the door only to get to the elevator and suddenly remeber his glasses were in the room.Which is wear they stayed When we stoped for gas Jared just bought a new pair. I have a lovely picture of him wearing my sunglasses on the drive to the gs station but Jared is being rude in it so I cant post it here lol
Soon we were on our way out of the Valley and headed to Disneyland!IT was about 10:30 am when we finally hit the road

Here is what we saw along the way
Jared and I all these our rocks we noticed them one trip its a mystery to us how they got on the side of the free way. they are on both sides and theres no other rocks around its a little odd lol

Finally we arrived at Disneyland and made our way to the Paradise Pier hotel! This was my first time staying on property and I was super excited (What can I say I cheap lol)

After giving our bags to the bell men and valeting the car we headed inside to check in. The bell men was super nice here and we were pleased. While the girl at the front desk was putting out information in to the computer I asked here if we were able to get buttons here she told me yes and asked what we were celebrating so I told her we were on our honey moon and she congradulated us. She was super friendly and sweet. After a few minutes she excused her self and disappeared. She was gone for such a long time Jared and I thought there might be someting wrong with our reservation. She returned though with a black and white photo of mickey and minnie and our buttons. She also gave us the good news that in honor of our honey moon we were being upgraded to the top floor with a park view room We were super duper excited! Our Room was 1510 it was our home for the week and it was beautiful

Day 2 Cont:

We decided to rest for a bit before heading to the parks

We were eating dinner at Big Thunder Ranch this evening so we decided to hang out at Disneyland. The first thing we noticed was Mainstreet station all bandaged this made me sad but I like that they are trying to make it not an eyesore.

The park was pretty crowded this evenng there was some sore of cheerleading competition going on so we stuck to attractions with shorter lines starting with pirates.

We walked around for a little bit took a look at Big Thunder under construction Jared was so sad about this BTM is really his favorite attraction. I thought the giant crane looked pretty tacky as well
Soon it was time for our 5 o clock ressie at BTMB Checking in here was the first in a serious of resturants that thought we had a third wheel on our honey moon all for some reason all our ressies were made for 3 it was odd.

This is wear I will have to leave us for now next up dinner time!
