yah, I don't think Tim will be waiting for two years...I have a feeling they'll be there for the prince's first birthday celebration!

I totally understand if you can't come in, but just wanted to let you know since we will be so close....
we are going 7/7 - 7/19 to NYC
7/7 - 7/10 in Long Island visiting Jim's boss and his family...also meeting one of the other families of one of the men who died that was with Jim, so that part of our trip has a lot of healing for us all!
7/10 - 7/13 in NJ visiting friends (we lived there 10/00 - 12/01)
7/13 - 7/19 in NYC have a DIS meet planned for Saturday with a bunch of ladies from the scrapbook forum and also a tenitive meet up with the Gengel family who lost their DD Brit in Haiti...we are helping them with their orphanage there in Haiti.

Where are you staying in NYC? A hotel?

I'm thinking maybe we can take the drive down to see you while you are in the city. Weekends usually don't work for me that time of year, but if Melody is working maybe Juliana & I can drive down.


I know I already said my goodbyes, but I hope you have a great time on your trip.

Juliana will have a BALL!!!! We have Victory Junction here in NC (part of the same Hole in the Wall Gang Camp)...David has been three times for Neurology week and LOVES IT!!!!!! They are amazing! This is his last year to be eligible age wise to go and he is SO WORRIED he will not be allowed, because they will have too many applicants and not enough counselors (that happened to him two years ago). Last year he was wait listed but got in because Mama puts the application in on the very first day it opens up. Some good vibes for David to be able to go one more time would be SO appreciated! Rachel went to sibling camp at VJGC three years ago...she is now eligible for their asthma camp (she developed asthma after having Mono last February...I am a nurse and never had even HEARD of that complication)! Lisa of course will go to Cardiac Camp... WHEN she is old enough, Mama isn't quite ready for that!

Sounds like your kids love the camps! I think Juliana will love it.

I really do think that GKTW is not to be missed! (Judy, I posted something on your thread about staying longer... once you get dates, I will halp you find a place if you'd like)

I wanted to post an update from Lisa! She called last night while we were gone to Woodworking and Choir. She said they had a
3 1/2 hour delay leaving Seattle; however, she was happy "they were able to get out when they did, Seattle was still experiencing delays". It sounded like she and Megan were having a wonderful time. They had spent the day at the beach and were currently taking a rest in the room when she called. The plan was to check out early this morning and head back to Disney World to check into POP.

TODAY is Megan's actual birthday and she has a reservation at the BBB. They also have dinner reservations at CRT and THEN the Wishes dessert party! As you see, it is a MAGICAL DAY and they will be creating new and special memories. I know there are a few surprises for them along the way. I PROMISE to share whatever Lisa gives me permission to say!

I just got off the Phone with Lisa!!! She and Megan had a fun day at EPCOT. At the end of dinner time, there was a big storm and they got SOAKED!!!! Tomorrow they do Hollywood Studios!!!!!

She wanted to send out a thanks to those who sent Pixie Dust!!!! She was amazed when she told the front desk they had 3 packages waiting for them, and they said no, its like 15 packages!!!! sooooo
THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!!

She is also going through withdrawal from no internet!!!!

and AGAIN I missed it! ... We were at our last MD appointment of the day. She said they "were rained out today, having terrible thunderstorms and had lots of tornado watches throughout the area " so they are hanging around the resort today. She said they had a great time at Epcot and a wonderful dinner at La Chefs yesterday, "although they got rained out there a little bit too". They are expecting the next few days to be sunny...keep your fingers crossed for them for good weather...and that I am HOME next time she calls!

and I FINALLY got to talk to her!!!! She and Megan had a "rest" day and hung out at the resort and did a little shopping. She was surprised I knew about the presents that were waiting for her and Megan when they checked in and thought Wendy had told me...it wasn't Wendy ... you were ALL incredibly generous and surprised them both in a BIG way! They were THRILLED! The weather is supposed to be great until next Tuesday, which is WONDERFUL news...tomorrow is their African Safari (not sure of the "official" name) at AK!!!

Oh yeah today was a complete wash out for anyone who would've tried to go to the parks. Lots of heavy rain, thunder, and wind. The news was reporting 4 tornados touched down in Polk County (that's one of the next counties over). I'm glad to hear Lisa and Megan were indoors today at the resort.
