ME 41 Planner in the bunch (dogged by family for this)

The day was here! I hoped all the info I got here and my planning would make for a great Spring Break week. We drove on Mar. 14 about 11 hours to Orlando. The weather was warm and partly sunny. The girls were fairly well-behaved on the ride down. We checked in the Comfort Inn (International Dr.) with no problem. (I got it on orlandoinfo.com for $42 w/tax.) The bad news: the lobby looked fine, but had a funky odor. The good news: the room was extra clean, beds fine, and we were only staying one night. We walked to a TGI Fridays and had a nice dinner and a couple of drinks. There was also a souvenir shop next to the motel. Walked back and turned in at a reasonable hour to be fresh for our 1st day at IOA. Hoping for good weather--forecast looks grim.

Notes: Be sure to keep your internet printout for rooms booked via orlandoinfo.com. We were told at checkout the next day that was our receipt.
